We were crossing over from the east coast to the west coast of Florida and of course got hungry in the middle of what we though was "nowhere".

They leave it to you. I was super hungry though so I ate the majority of the pad Thai except for the clumps of noodles that had the hot chili paste.I can only speak on the egg rolls and Thai boba tea BUT both were delicious!! The portion is generous and the noodles had just enough sauce. I arrived around 530pm and was greeted right away by hostess who was very sweet.
I received my order about 20 minutes later. It was my first experience with Thai food and I was a bit reluctant at first.

The chicken pad Thai is amazing! The description says it is salty with a touch of sour. "We went Friday evening and I was seated immediately. Thai Restaurant. Pad Kee Mao is one of my favorite Thai dishes and this one didn't disappoint. They threw the hot sauce on and didn't mix it.
This was the first time I have tried pad si - lo. They do a great job with the heat levels an offers everything from mild to thai hot and do a good job delivering what they promised in the way of heat but they miss the mark on that unique balance of salty, sweet and sour that thai food is known for. Our food was very good. We each got an egg roll and they were also very different from what we were used to and they were fabulous. It was spicy. I will say I like the confidence they have in they're food however they should be able to live up to the expectation.

This food truck is on the Floriland Food Truck schedule. But I liked the basil flavor and the spice level was fine for me, though I'm not sure if they can customize to your desired level. 1.9K likes. The couple is ridiculously friendly and so proud of their work.
