If you are unwilling to pay above $50 for this record, then don't buy it, but do not complain within the comments about the price. As all melodrama does, Whiplash takes this quest to extreme levels, to hammer home the question of whether greatness is worth any price. Side B though, that's the side that includes the drum and drone score along with some choice oldie jazz songs which aren't that impressive compared to the rest of the jazz on the album.
