The All Inclusive 24h Hotel Riu Atoll opened its doors in May 2019 and is situated on the private island of Maafushi. Sandwiches were extremely dry, no disrespect but for the price of this hotel you expect to see burgers,chips,club sandwiches etc on room service! When we woke we just rolled out of bed onto the beach always room ( I would just say they probably need to put a few more beds outside the rooms as there aren’t enough if all the rooms are used). Double Room Overwater Junior Suite The food is exactly as you’d expect at a Riu Palace...in fact, possibly even better. We met some friends there who stopped in the water bungalows which were equally wonderful. All of them are very well run and very good value.
